had NAPFA test yesterday
and i can say i did it super badly. no mood, plus the weather is super hot. headache -.-
like again, i didn't manage to do inclined pull up. not even one pull
very paiseh loh.
somemore very heavy. i don't even have the strength. it's the last station anyway.
i don't know what the heck i'm doing for shuttle run.
i look more like jogging or even walking, than running. lol ;D
pro eh..

need to re-test alot of station. very not satisfied.
